Jennifer Kohnke has been a
freelance editorial illustrator for the Voice of the People section of
the Chicago Tribune since 2004. She is also syndicated through Tribune
Media Services, and her OpEd illustrations are featured in newspapers
throughout the United States. Jennifer is a graphic designer and illustrator
of both children's books and textbook spot illustrations and cover art.
She is employed full-time at the Tribune as a Cartographic Designer.
Based in Chicago (specifically Rogers Park), she has two daughters, two granddaughters, one son-in-law and three cats. Jennifer received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
