Carol Coven Grannick is a children's author whose short fiction has appeared in CRICKET and HIGHLIGHTS. She writes picture books and middle grade fiction, and teaches a Young Writers Workshop for fourth and fifth graders. Her focus with young writers is HOW TO WRITE & REWRITE WITHOUT LOSING HEART. She has won awards for her picture book manuscripts and essays.

Carol specializes in the emotional aspects of the writer's life that disrupt writing and drain energy.
