Purr-fect Pals: A Kid, A Cat and Diabetes© is a picture book written and designed to offer comfort, education and encouragement to children (ages 2-12) who live with the challenges of Type I and Type II diabetes. Sheila is committed to increasing community awareness about diabetes and allocating funds to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
